Windseal Profile for New HP Material

The new HP material (now supplied) is a slightly thicker than the original HP material it replaces.  When this new HP material is used with the standard windseal it unfortunately causes a very tight fit of the windseal profile making installation very difficult.

We would now recommend that when fastening the new HP material with windseal, the smaller (blue) male profile should be used - this is the type of windseal we already recommend when fastening solid and stockscreen material.  The part number for this type of windseal (male and female) is

WS1056MV       Metres Of M/F  Blue  Windseal

For our standard mesh material the larger male windseal should still be used. The part number for this type of windseal (male and female) is

WS1056M         Metres Of Male/Female Windseal

The female windseal profile is the same for both and therefore does not change.
