Trackscreen Upgraded Eyelets & Trolleys

March will see the introduction of the upgraded Eyelets and new Trolleys

Eyelets

With the introduction of the new stainless steel eyelets we are introducing a spacer to centralise the M6 fitting bolt in the larger 16mm eyelet hole.

Trolleys

These now incorporate bumpers to prevent wheel-to-wheel contact when opening the Trackscreen. This improvement removes any possibility of friction between the trolleys and reduces the effort required to slide-back the sheet.

Note that the overall width of the trolley is constant at 10cm; therefore the space taken-up by an open Trackscreen is the same. To get the full benefit of the new design it is also important to fit the trolleys correctly. See the details below.
