Rapid Action Option for Rollerdoor and Rollerdoor with Guide Rails

We are pleased to announce the launch of the new Rapid action option for Rollerdoor and Rollerdoor with Guide rails from 1 st February with the release of electric versions later. Designed to enhance the existing Rollerdoor range, this Rapid Action option offers a direct manual chain drive operating speed of 2 seconds per metre height. The standard manual gearbox Rollerdoor has an operating speed of 14 seconds per metre height. Using the new enhanced Rollerdoor top bracket the height loss when fully up is still only 250mm.
Rapid Action option offers:
- A direct chain drive for a faster 2 seconds/M operation speed
- A counter balance spring for safety and smooth operation
- A heavy duty chain keep
- A choice of J-Bracket or side guide rail options
As with the standard gearbox Rollerdoor, the Rapid action option comes with the same options for
- Mesh screen options
- Solid parlour door options
The Rapid Rise option will come as standard with one pair of J-Brackets.
